Are all your products 100% original?

The products we sell are 100% authentic, almost all the rest of overstocks have been purchased directly from the brands, licensees, or official distributors. We personally verify the authenticity of the products, and every product comes with the original tag attached.

How long does it take for product delivery?

Delivery time to the State of Israel is 5-7 working days, however, delivery times may increase depending on the delivery destination,

Where do you offer shipping to?

We ship worldwide shipping with DHL. FEDEX .

Where are your warehouses located?

We have warehouses at several locations across the globe. To emphasize, Michael Kors, COACH, and Torry Burch products are stored in our warehouses in Minnesota and Florida, USA, our sunglasses and watches are stored in the warehouse in Germany. The products from D&G, Gucci, Jimmy Choo, and a few other brands are stored in Jonkoping, Sweden, while most of the other Italian brands are stored in our warehouse in Italy.

Can I amend and cancel my order?

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors. It is advisable to check your order before placing it.

I have a discount code, how can I use it?

1. Add Items to Cart: Browse the website and add the desired items to your shopping cart.
2. Proceed to Checkout: Go to your cart and click on the checkout button.
3. Enter Discount Code: Look for a field labeled “Promo Code,” “Discount Code,” or similar. Enter your code there.
4. Apply Code: Click the button to apply the code, and check that the discount has been reflected in your total.
5. Complete Purchase: Continue with the payment process to complete your order.

If you’re having trouble, check the terms of the discount code for any restrictions or expiration dates.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

What happens if the item I received is damaged or faulty?
